I was a dedicated patient of Dr. Arun for over a year. While a patient, I received good care. When my health failed and I had to have open heart surgery (triple bypass, with two major values replaced), the doctor dropped me as a patient. After being hospitalized off and on between June 2024-October 2024, I though that I could get post hospital care from a caring primary care. I was told since I missed several appointments, I was unable to return to her practice and I owed her a minimal amount of money. Her office was notified of these hospitalizations, if not by me by a family member. I was very disappointed and disillusioned. What! At the worst time of my life, my primary care dropped me as a patient. Additionally, during this time, I lost my son's godmother, my ex-husband, and my daughter's godmother--my best girl friend in life. When I needed a doctor who knew me and my medical history, Dr. Arun was not there for me. The reason that I missed appointments was because I was hospitalized and most times unaware of where I was and who I was. So, unfortunately, I did miss appointments. Apparently, this practice cares more about what you can bring to them financially, not the state of your health!!!

Dr. Arun is prompt, comprehensive, and genuinely seems to care about patients. My annual physical is never rushed, and I feel like she takes the time to ensure she gets all relevant information from me. It helps when the patient is prepared as well (with notes, new medication names, and any concerns).
The office is clean, efficient, and the staff are very responsive. I am a big proponent of the fact that you get out what you put in. If you are courteous and prepared, you will get excellent medical care in return.
My insurance has never had an issue with Dr. Arun after I switched to this practice a few years ago. I hope Dr. Arun will be at this location and practicing medicine for many years to come. Couldn't be happier with my decision to start having my medical care handled by her!
Added plus is the onsite lab (seems to be contracted to Quest).

We like everything about the place. Everyone is friendly and cooperative and knowlegeable. Also, Doctor Arun is very competent and forthcoming. The facility is well lit with natural light from the outside. Finally, appointments are readily available within a few days.

I LOVE DRS ARUN AND ADINLADE (HAVE NOT SEEN DR COX YET).They are compassionate, knowledgeable, kind, warm, professional, and give EXCELLENT care. My husband and I are very glad to have found them after being with an excellent doctor who just retired after 30 years. Now, if I highly recommend this wonderful practice, I may have trouble making an appointment with them now so find somebody else!!! Their office staff is terrific, too - very friendly, caring, and accessible. Oh, parking is no problem and they are right across the street from Trader Joe's so I go shopping afterwards.

I just had my yearly physical with Dr. Arun. She was, as always, courteous, very knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. I had no wait time in the office. I was seen at my appointment time. This is very important to me. The staff was friendly and helpful, as they always are, in my opinion.

i was very happy to have a medical visit with dr arun via telephone i am sorry that my technical limitations did not allow the scheduled virtual medical visit i have been a patient of dr arun since 2013 i am very satisfied with the care that i have received she is knowledgeable and thorough in her treatment and empathetic and understanding in her care her reaching out was very much appreciated during these troubled times

The Staff are very good in doing their work. Very competent in dealing with patience . The Doctors and d Practioners are also very good. They listened to ur complaint and try to assist u in any way they could especially when it comes to buying ur medication.
